What to include
- General support — what you were trying to do, the page URL if relevant, and the email on the account.
- Privacy or legal request — say that you are making a data-protection request, which right you want to exercise (access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection), and enough detail for us to find your account. Do not send passwords or Access PINs.
Response time
We aim to reply to privacy requests within 30 days. Other messages are handled as soon as we reasonably can.
